NO SMOKING , VAPING, OR PARTYING ALLOWED NO SELLING of any wares or commodities at the property NO PROVISION of services to any external parties at the property NO INVITATION or accomodation of any party at the house for the purpose of providing any business or commercial service . ACCOMMODATION The house can sleep 5 adults comfortably , with a bed each . There is a king bed in the master bedroom , and another king in the second bedroom . The 3rd bedroom has 2 separate queen size beds . One of the beds has a pull out trundle bed , queen size too. There is additional bedding in the bedroom closets. Feel welcome to let us know if you need extra bedding, and we will be happy to do so . CHILD AMENITIES If you are travelling with an infant, we will be happy to make your stay better. We can provide the following as a courtesy , and on request. - a toddler table chair . - a toddler's bed /crib - bedding for a toddler's bed/crib - a disposer for diapers. HOUSE PLANTS It will be appreciated if guests watered the house plants. Only water the plants as directed on each pants. - Do not water the plants for than once a week. - Watering requires a maximum of 2 standard cups of water PET CARE Your furry friends and companions are most welcome. The neighborhood is very pet friendly, with a lot of good side walks and refreshing scenery ( lot of big colorful trees ). Try to respect other neighbors and their pet friends. We hope you will help us keep the house clean and comfortable for you and future guests. - do not let any pet relieve themselves anywhere in the house - Accidents do happen, and if it does please cleanup thoroughly after - We would appreciate it if you let us know of any incidents. This is not to penalize you, but rather to help take care of the accident . - please to pick up all droppings from your pet, at the back, and anywhere around the neighborhood. We would love for them to enjoy your stay as much as you . We will be happy to provide the following as a courtesy - feeding and water bowls - sleeping mat For anything else you may need, let us know and we will be happy to help as much as we can PARKING There is a private driveway on the property. It can accommodate 3 large vehicles easily . You are advised to part in the driveway You can also park along the front street, where it is legal to do so. To respect our neighbours, try not to park in front of the neighbours' house Parking in a neighbor's driveway IS NOT ALLOWED. It may result in your vehicle being towed away and possible legal action. REFUSE COLLECTION If you stay is over a week, you may need to take care of the waste bins on the property . Refuse collection is done every Friday morning. Refuse bins are collected from at the curbside of the street at the front of the house. Simply wheel the bins to the curbside. As time the collection run may vary, it is advised that you put out the refuse bins, the night before ( thursday) USE OF INTERNET For your convenience, there is free WiFI available with fast internet. The access details will be provided when you check in . ** PLEASE DO NOT Use the internet for any activity that may be considered illegal. Your good judgement is advised. SAFETY There is a security system at the property. You are welcome to use as you see fit. There are no interior cameras or any recording device inside the house. There is a single exterior camera, on the front porch. Currently this camera is disabled. - the security control panel is located straight ahead as you enter through the front door. - press "AWAY" button to activate the alarm. This will give you about 45 seconds to leave the property. - press "OFF" to deactivate the alarm. If the alarm was already set or activated, a PIN will be requested. - the alarm uses a PIN to deactivate the alarm. The PIN is the same as the door access PIN> The security system has multiple "Panic" buttons. These are for emergency cases. - there is a panic button on top of the main security control button ( its the RED button on top) - there is panic button in the right closet of the main bedroom. PLEASE ONLY use the panic button for legitimate safety or security emergencies. You are strongly advised to dial 911 as a first resort. That said, the property is in a safe family-oriented neighbourhood. There is crimewatch patrol in the neighborhood. This is done by the local police. So if you see a patrol car drive by, it is likely the neighborhood crimewatch.
